Betty L. Gearhart, age 73, of Bain Road Hancock, Died Thursday March 25, 2010 at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA,
Borrn February 19, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Mayberry and Margie Gladhill Hull, and widow of Boyd A. Gearhart who passed away December 22, 2001.
She was a member of the Stone Bridge Church of the Brethren, a 1955 graduate of Hancock High School , and a member of the AARP.
She is survived by four daughters, Barbara Hull and Wilma Pierce both of Hancock, Margaret Seilhamer, Hagerstown, and Michele Wright of Bedford, PA, one son Mike Gearhart of Hancock. also surviving are two sisters Cora Gant and Nina Gant both of Hancock and one brother Homer Hull of Hancock, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren, she was preceded in death by one son Boyd M. Gearhart, one sister Mary Ellen Gearhat and one brother Harvey Hull.
Services will be held on Tuesday March 30 at 11:00am at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 W. Main St. Hancock the Rev's Rodney Truax and Robert Swank will officiate, burial will follow at the Stone Bridge Brethern Cemetery, Hancock.  The family will recieve friends at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8pm
