Etta Iona Creek, age 92, of Little Orleans, Md., passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the Williamsport Nursing and Rehabilitation home, in Williamsport, Md.

Born Sunday, September 20, 1925, in Washington County, Md., she was the daughter of the late Phillip and Etta (Price) Fletcher; and the wife, of 71 years, to Carl Wesley Creek, whom she married in May, 1946.

She was a homemaker.

She attended Price Memorial Wesleyan Church, in Little Orleans, Md.

She loved to sew and cook; and you were always welcome in her home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Kalina and her husband, Charles, of Boise, Ida., and Julia Jupin and her husband, Louis Richard, of Hanover, Pa.; one son, Harold W. Creek and his wife, Rachel, of Pittsburgh, Pa.; two brothers, Boyd Fletcher, and Aaron Fletcher; one sister, Reba Munson; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons; three brothers; and three sisters.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, Md.

Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Mark Faith will officiate. Burial will follow in the Price Wesleyan Cemetery, in Little Orleans, Md.
