Gerald Lee McCusker, age 60, of Hancock, Md., passed away at the Winchester Medical Center, in Winchester, Va., on Monday, May 6, 2019.

Born December 17, 1958, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late Kenneth and Bertha (Helmick) McCusker; and the husband of Tina (Burdette) McCusker.

He was formerly employed by the Garden State Tannery, in Williamsport, Md.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, April D. Marrone and her husband, John, of Hancock, and Danielle R. McCusker and her significant other, Corey Hann, of Big Cove Tannery, Pa.; two step-children, Jessica and Zackary Coleman; four grandchildren, Lakyn and Huntur Marrone, Desiree Mason, and Dayton Hann; three brothers, Kenneth McCusker, of Pennsylvania, Dale McCusker, of Hancock, and Harold McCusker, of Hancock; and four sisters, Barb Hornbaker, of Clear Spring, Md., Ramona McKinley, of Hancock, Sharon Mason, of Hagerstown, Md., and Linda Startzman, of Clear Spring, Md.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Jane McCusker and Pamela Sue McCusker; and his first wife, Donna Lee McCusker, who died on September 20, 2013.

A memorial service and burial will be at a later date, at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were handled by the Grove Funeral Home, in Hancock, Md.
