Jeanie Ann Younker

Jeanie Ann Younker, 80, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024, surrounded by her family, at her home in Hancock, MD.

Born Thursday, October 14, 1943, in Washington County, MD., she was the daughter of the late Howard and Henrietta Hose Weller and the wife of Ernest Younker.

She was a 1961 graduate of Hancock High School.

She was a member of Hancock Church of God.

She loved spending time with family and friends.

In addition to her husband of 61 years, she is survived by one son, Ernest Younker II, and wife, Amanda, Hancock, MD.; one daughter, Lisha Keebaugh, Hancock, MD; three grandchildren, Jamie Myers, Abigail Scott and Sara Bovey; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, James, Larry, and Roger Weller; two sisters, Althea Keefer and Olive Baynard; five nephews; and ten nieces.

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Weller, Jr.

Graveside services will be held, Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 12:00 pm at Orchard Ridge First Church of God Cemetery, 14128 Orchard Ridge Rd, Hancock, MD. Pastor Leon Powell will officiate.
