Laura Lynn Whisner

Laura Lynn Whisner, age 61, passed away at her home in Great Cacapon, WV. on Thursday, January 25, 2024.

Born Sunday, July 8, 1962, in Woodstock, VA., she was the daughter of the late Thomas Arthur Sr., Gloria Loveless Harding and Howard “Dave” Harding.

Laura was a graduate of Northern High School in Owings, MD.  She was a member of the Christian Unity Church.

She worked as a landscaper for many years. She enjoyed riding Harley Davidson Motorcycles and loved spending time with her children.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Gwendolyn Vandiver and one brother, Thomas Arthur Jr.

Laura is survived by her husband, Clifton Whisner of Great Cacapon, WV.; one son, Wayne Gladhill of Great Cacapon, WV.; one daughter, Britney Tyler and husband Rick of Westminster, MD.; three grandchildren, Logan Tyler, Amalie Tyler, and Natosha Gladhill; one sister, Sharon Good; and one brother, James “Jimmy” Arthur Sr.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
