Ralph M. Yonker, Jr., age 71, of Flintstone, Md., passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019, in the Winchester Medical Center, in Winchester, Va.

Born June 22, 1948, he was the son of the late Ralph M., Sr. and Virginia (Day) Yonker.

He was a graduate of Hancock High School, in Hancock, Md., with the class of 1966.

He worked as a mechanic for D.M. Bowman Trucking, Rayloc, Highway Express, and Phillips 66.

He was a member of the Hancock American Legion Post 26; the Hancock Fire Company; and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1483, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.

The two things that Ralph loved the most were spending time with his grandchildren at the farm, and hunting.

Ralph is survived by his son, Frank Yonker and his wife, Jeannie, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; a sister, Irene Bender, of Flintstone, Md.; thirteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

There are to be no services, and burial will be at the convenience of his family.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Grove Funeral Home, in Hancock, Md.
