Robert Sterling Weller

Robert Sterling Weller, age 66, passed away, Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.

Born, Sunday, November 9, 1958, in Washington County, MD, he was the son of the late Frank “Sonny” and Millie Gordon Weller. 

Robert was a 1976 graduate of Hancock High School. He was a contractor for Building Systems for over 30 years. He also worked at the Shippensburg Tannery in Shippensburg, PA. He then went on to open his own business, RSW Construction.

He is survived by his sister, Donna Beale and husband, David, of Warfordsburg, PA; several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews; a companion, Shelia Weller of Needmore, PA; and his caretaker and friend, Tori Clark of Needmore, PA. 

A memorial service will be held in Robert’s name on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 12:00pm at Grove-Rogowski Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, MD 21750. Pastor Bill Croteau will officiate.
