Rodney Victor Wolfe

Rodney Victor Wolfe, Sr., 82, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023, at his home in Big Cove Tannery, PA.

Born July 17, 1940, he was the son of the late Victor Wolfe and Dorothy Marcle King, and the widower of Catherine Wolfe.

He was the owner of WW Salvage Company in Big Cove Tannery and retired from Montgomery County, Maryland.

He enjoyed working on late model dirt track cars and was an avid collector of antique and Hot Wheels cars, many of which he found during his many flea marketing trips.

He is survived by two sons, Michael Wolfe, Sr., and Rodney V. Wolfe, Jr; three grandchildren, Michelle Hann, Jessica McDowall, and Michael Wolfe, Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Samuel Stotler, Daisy McDowall and Ethan McDowall; one brother, Jerry Wolfe; two sisters, Vicki McCormick and Rhonda Donaldson; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Richard Wolfe.

A celebration of life is being scheduled for a later date.
