Roy Allan Fletcher, Sr., age 62, of Little Orleans, Md., died on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at his home.

Born February 10, 1953, in Cumberland, Md., he was the son of Allan Fletcher, of Little Orleans and the late Anna Jane ( Hollenbaugh) Fletcher, and husband of Linda A. (Joy) Fletcher, of Little Orleans.

He was an employee of the Maryland State Highway Administration for 25 years, and was later employed by Curry Ridge Asphalt, in Cumberland, Md.

He was a 1973 graduate of Flintstone High School.

Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Roy Allan Fletcher, Jr. and his girlfriend, Tara Stotler, and her daughter, Morghan Stotler; four sisters, Alice Turner, Carol Riggleman and Penny Powell, all of Little Orleans, and Beverly Moyer, of Artemas, Pa.

Funeral services will be held at the Grove Funeral Home, 141 West Main Street, Hancock, Md.,  on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Larry Trail will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 10, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Grove Funeral Home to help defray expenses.
